Concept of Crew
After you have finished Pre-production stage, you need to find your crew to help you make your dream come true:

Director
A good director makes sure that all parts of a film are creatively produced and brought together in a single totality. A director interprets the script, coaches the performers, works together with the montages interrelating them all to create a work of art.

The director is seen as a leader of others, as providing a kind of guiding force. According to this view, the final outcome is more or less predetermined by requirements of the script, camerawork, acting, and editing, the director providing certain organizational context to the picture.

Ass. Director / Best Boy
A assistant Director is responsible for setting the shooting schedule, tracking daily progress against the filming production schedule, arranging logistics, preparing daily call sheets, checking the arrival of cast and crew, maintaining order on the set, rehearsing cast as the "responsible person" and representative to the producer on set.

Camera man (Director of Cinephotograhy)
A camera man is responsible for physically operating the camera and maintaining composition throughout a given scene or shot. In narrative filmmaking, the camera operator will collaborate with the director, director of photography, actors and crew to make technical and creative decisions.

A gaffer is responsible for the execution of the lighting plan for a production; gaffer work with the director, cameraman and actor to make sure the boom mike doesn’t cast a shadow that’s seen on film.

Sound man / Boom man
A Sound man is responsible for recording audio in location studio, Boom man must work with the gaffer to make sure the boom microphone doesn’t cast a shadow that’s seen on film. He may have to ask the props person to get actors in a scene to use quieter paper plates instead of noise.
