About The Wine
This beautiful pink bubbly is produced by Methode Cap Classique – the classic method of producing Champagne and the best sparkling wines in the world. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are carefully hand-picked to produce the base wines, with 30% fermented in old oak and the rest temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks before being blended for bottling. Second fermentation took place at low temperature to develop complex flavours and finesse. The wines spent on lees for a minimum of 12 months before disgorgement. Each bottle is individually numbered.
Tasting Note
A perfect blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with a delicate expression of citrus and hints of red berries. Delightfully fresh, bubbly with classis richness and finishes with finesse. Great aging potential for up to 15 years from harvest. Delightful on its own for any occasion or paired with fresh oysters, shellfish, salmon or even sushi
