About The Wine
Varietals were specially selected to complement certain characteristics of French style Blanc de Noir. Grapes were carefully picked in the early morning and fermented in stainless steel tank for 3 weeks before aging on lees for 6 mths. Little oak aging to enrich structure before blending and bottling. A dry traditional style Rose with juicy red cherries and strawberries flavors and a touch of spice on palate. Creamy, yet fresh palate with balanced acidity and sweetness. Enjoy slightly chilled with salad, cold cut or can simply be enjoyed on its own.
