About The Wine
This wine was made 100% from Merlot, which was harvested early and straight-away crushed and slightly soaked on the skin to give the wine its fresh and zestiness. Fermented in low-temperature controlled stainless tank to maintain the strawberry and peach flavours. This wine has taken Europe by storm and quickly running out of stock after release!
Tasting Note
Intense peach blossom leads the way on the nose and on the palate. Fresh, zesty, well balanced with fruits and acidity. Serve chilled, a lovely aperitif summer wine, perfect for spicy food, salmon, salad or simply a causal sipping after work
