About The Wine
Nestled on the South Eastern slopes of Paarl mountain, grapes were 100% hand-picked in small batches in end January. The different varietals were picked and fermented separately before blend to create this fruity white wine. The wine was carbonated to create sparkling.
Tasting Note
Light straw colour with intense tropical fruit flavour. A good balance between the sugar and acidity. Great complement to any celebration.
