About The Wine
This wine was produced from a blend of two northern Rhone varietals. Shiraz was fermented in stainless steel tank with regular pump over, married with Viognier to enhance the wine with exotic aromas. Matured on oak staves for six months before blending and bottling.
Tasting Note
Deep ruby colour, smooth tannin with intense blackcurrant and blackberries flovour, accompany with spice notes on the nose and the palate. Easy drinking and extremely food-friendly wine.
