About The Wine
This wine is made from Barbera by Tacchino family sitting on south-west facing slope in Monferrato, Piemonte, means "foot of the mountain" where the hills of Monferrato provide a natural theatre protecting the vineyards from the northerly winds and allows maximum ripeness to develop. Grapes were 100% hand-picked, fermented in stainless steel to retain the natural fruit characteristics of the grapes.
Tasting Note
Deep, vibrant, richly layered cherry fruits. It is lively on the palate with a juicy mouth feel. Smooth tannins with lingering finish. Ideal with fish, chickens and pastas.
