About The Wine
This wine is made by The Terre Nere Estate on the south-eastern flank of the hill near the Velona Castle in Montalcino – a unique maritime-alpine climate with an expression of terroir through the Sangiovese grapes and the traditional use of oak. Only the very best Sangiovese were picked to produce this great Riserva wine, then matured in oak barrel for minimum 4 years, aged in bottle and eventually released six years after the harvest. This wine can be aged for many years, improving its taste with time! Annual product: 5,000 bottles.
