About The Wine
Dolcetto grapes grown at around 250-300 metres above sea level on 40 years old vines by Tacchino family in Monferrato in Piemonte. Grapes were 100% hand-picked and fermented in stainless steel tank to retain freshness and allow maximum expression of the fruit.
Tasting Note
Intense redcurrant, cherry notes with structured tannins, infused by violet aromas with a hint of spice on the close. Sour cherry flavour with a lively acidity and a nice clean finish. Ideal with cold-cuts, salad, spring rolls or can enjoy on its own.
