About The Wine
These wines are made from carefully selected bunches of grapes. Gently pressed for few hours before slow fermentation at low temperature. Matured on lees in Oak barrel.
Tasting Note
Coming from one of the 51 Grand Cru vineyards of Alsace, this wine gives a very aromatic nose of citrus, pear and pineapple notes with a great fineness. Well-balanced, with some botrytis flavours and mineral finish. Great potential for ageing. Ideal partner of Asian cuisine, seafood and poultry.
