About The Wine
These wines are made from carefully selected bunches of grapes. Fermented for 6-12 hours, gently pressed and mautured on lees in wooden cask for 2months.
Tasting Note
Pungent aromatic spicy nose with expressive flavours of lychee and ripe white fruits. Dry but supple, with great intensity of fruits offering hints of rose, sweetness and spice on the finish. Great aperitif wine, goes extremely well Chinese food.
