Grapes are picked in small batches and successive tris in the cool early morning to capture every nuance of fruit flavours. Juice in contact with skin for few hours before pressing. Fermented for 2 weeks before filtration and bottling.Tasting Note
A richly textured, well balanced wine layered in classic notes of capsicum and passion fruit, with a fresh, zesty finish. Serve as a refreshing aperitif or pair with fresh salads, seafood and pasta.
