About The Wine
These wines are made from carefully selected bunches of grapes. Gently pressed for few hours and fermented at low temperature. Matured on lees in stainless tank until March.
Tasting Note
Bright, aromatic nose with full flavours of green apple, citrus, mineral and floral notes. Dry, crisp, good acidity, long finish with pineapple notes. An ideal match for all seafood dishes.
