About The Wine
Grapes came from vines situated on westerly slopes in Elign and upper West Coast. Harvest 100% by hand and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tank for 4 weeks ensuring a fresh and concentrated wine. 10% matured in oak, 90% on lees for 6 months to build the richer and rounder white wine. Tasting Note
Pale straw in colour with pronounced gooseberry, peach and mineral aromas on the nose and the palate. Hints of guava, asparagus and melon with fresh and balanced acidity.
