About The Wine
The is a low-alcohol fruity wine where grapes were picked early and end up with a naturally lower alcohol of around 8.5 – 10% alc., different from the diluted, or alcohol removed, or fruit blends which were hitting the market at 5.5% alcohol. The different varietals were picked in successive tris and fermented separately. Blended just before bottling to retain fruitiness.
Tasting Note
Brilliant light straw with honey, floral and tropical flavours on the nose and on the palate. Fruity and easy-drinking wine for all occasions. Serve well with chicken and pasta.
