About The Wine
Grapes grown in Robertsvlei Valley outside Franschhoek. Only the best quality grapes were selected and picked to generate the maximum degree of color, tannins and fruit concentration. Gently crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Matured for 9 mths in small French and American barrels to retain fruitness and subtle oak flavour.
Tasting Note
Elegant ruby colour, medium-bodied with silky tannins, creamy mulberry and plum fruit aromas, balanced with acidity and intense layers of chocolate and a hint of mint on the finish. Drink youthful and compliment well with fishes, chickens and ducks.
