About The Wine
This estate's single-vineyard wine is made 100% Sangiovese from an extremely low yielding vineyards at 350 metres above sea level by La Ciarliana, nestled in the heart of the ancient poliziano hills. Only the best grapes are selected, fermented for 20-25 days. Matured in French barrel and aging in bottle for 24 months. The signature wine for La Ciarliana!
Tasting Note
Pungent dark fruits, spice and oak aroma on the nose. Sweet, round and harmonized earthy and licorice on the palate with intense, full-bodied yet approachable structures. Serve exceptionally well with all kind of roast meat, especially lamb and beef.
