About The Wine
Dolcetto grapes grown at around 250-300 metres above sea level on 50 years old vines by Tacchino family in Monferrato, Piemonte. Vineyards nested on sunny south-east facing slope. Grapes were 100% hand-picked and fermented in stainless steel tank for 2 weeks and matured in French barrels.
Tasting Note
Delightful perfume and fresh yet soft and intense redcurrant and cherry flavors. The richer and rounder tannin structure with lingering aftertaste. Ideal with roast pork, chicken and pizza.
